Returns and Refunds Policy

At Papelito Joyeria, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Accepting a Return

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused and in perfect condition.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Show no signs of damage, stains, perfume, or wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, especially earrings or other products specified in the product description.

Return Costs

Returns due to a change of mind, size, colour, personal preference, or any reason not related to an error by Papelito Joyeria will incur a fixed return fee of €2.99, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refunded amount will correspond to the amount paid for the products, taking into account:

Any discounts applied to the order,
Return costs,
And excluding the original shipping costs.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and its packaging.

In these cases, Papelito Joyeria will cover the return costs and provide an appropriate solution.
